Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3 business days for the processing of your exchange. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to ensure a smooth process.

Q. What is your refund policy?

 We offer refunds only in the rare case of being unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, a full refund will be processed to your bank account.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it. We encourage you to double-check your order before finalising it.

Q. What sizes are available for your dresses, crop tops, and t-shirts?

Our dresses, crop tops, and t-shirts are available in sizes ranging from XS to L, ensuring a fit for a wide range of body types.

Q. How do I determine the right size for me?

You can refer to our size chart, which provides detailed measurements for each size. This can be found on the product page of each item.

Q. What if I received the wrong size? Can I exchange it?

Absolutely! If you’ve received the wrong size, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you in exchanging the item for the correct size. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

It usually takes 3-7 working days to deliver, but for remote locations and due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take up to 15 days for delivery.

Q. Can I change the shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your information before finalising your purchase.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a shipping fee of Rs90 for orders below Rs1500.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Currently, we only accept one form of payment per order. If you have a gift card or a discount code, you can apply it during checkout.

 At the moment, we do not offer installment or buy-now-pay-later options. We accept the payment methods mentioned above.
