Shipping Policy for Marca Amarillo Clothing Brand

1. Shipping Charges:

   – For orders below Rs 1500, a shipping charge of Rs 90 will apply.

2. Processing Time:

   – Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

   – We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 days from the date of dispatch. In case of delivering to remote locations, the delivery time may exceed upto maximum of 15 days

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

   – In certain unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

5. Tracking Information:

   – Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a unique tracking link. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package.

6. Multiple Shipments:

   – In case of multiple items in a single order, they may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

7. Delivery Address:

   – Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are unable to make changes once the order is dispatched.

8. International Shipping:

   – Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. Order Cancellation:

   – If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period or after being dispatched

 may not be possible.
